SUMMARY STATEMENT:
An Application for a Conditional Use Permit to utilize an existing Single-Family Home as a Short-Term Rental with an occupancy exceeding 10 persons.
During their regularly scheduled October 3, 2023 meeting, the McCall Area Planning & Zoning Commission conducted a properly noticed public hearing and recommended approval of the subject
application.
The Staff Report, McCall Area Planning & Zoning Commission Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Decision, and application materials are attached. The City Council Findings of Fact,
Conclusions of Law, and Decision document will be prepared and brought forward for review and approval at a future meeting.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Conduct a public hearing for the subject application
Direct staff to prepare findings and conclusions to for CUP-23-02 – Regarding the 507 1ST Street Short Term Rental for James Bode with suggested conditions of approval identified in
the Staff Report and authorize the Mayor to sign all necessary documents
