AN ORDINANCE N1ENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 42 PERTAINING TO WATER
UTILITY RATES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance Number 42 is hereby amended to read
as follows:
WATER UTILITY RATES
A. Inside City Limits
Minimum
4,000 gallons
$ 7.00
Over
4,000 gallons
$ l.OO per thousand
B. Outside City Limits
Rates will be Above Rates Plus 50% Surcharge except for those on
contract with the City of Bel Aire
C. Bulk Water Rate
$ 3.00 per thousand gallon with a minimum
of $ 5.00 within a 24 hour period.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its publication in the official City newspaper.
