HomeMy Public PortalAboutr 03:109No. 03-109 Date of Adoption March 18, 2003 APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT- T & M ASSOCIATES-ROOSEVELT AVENUE PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough") is in need of specialized engineering services with regard to the Roosevelt Avenue Pedestrian Improvements Project; and WHEREAS, the engineering firm of T&M Associates, possess the requisite knowledge and expertise to provide such services; and WHEREAS, T&M Associates has submitted a proposal to provide said services at a maximum cost not to exceed $9,500.00; and WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer has certified that funds are or will be available for the same. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret as follows: 1. The proposal by T&M Associates to provide engineering services for the Roosevelt Avenue Pedestrian Improvements Project in an amount not to exceed $9,500.00 billable, is hereby approved. 2. This award is made as a professional services contract pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-5(1)(a). Adopted this 18th day of March, 2003 and certified as a tree copy of the original on March 19, 2003.
