ORDINANCE VACATING PORTION OF
COLUMBIA STREET EAST OF COLLEGE AVENUE
& VACATING AN ALLEY NORTH OF LOTS 16
AND 185 IN THE ORIGINAL PLAT OF THE
TOWN OF GREENCASTLE

Partners ":io, having Petit -oned the Common Council of City of
Greencastle as follows, `:o-wit.

the owner of certain Real Estaue which is located in an area
under the jurisdiction of the Common Council of City of
Greencastle.
