Dear Mr. Martinez,
We are herewith submitting Revision # OC-24P
Change the rain gutters on the Administration / Police Building from 8"to 6"and use
stamped brackets.
Please see the attached back up and summary for the work in the amount of $ 1817.00
This credit will be applied to the Owners Contingency.
We respectfully reserve our rights to request additional time should it become apparent
this work will delay the completion of project.

RE: Change Order Request: Police Station
The following is a change order request for the following:
1. Decrease the size of the gutter to 6" and keep the downspouts at 4". This will
match the size of the gutters and downspouts on the Fire Station. Cost: credit of
$1,617.00 for the gutter reduction to 6". Therefore there will be a contract
reduction in the amount of $1617.00. And gutter bracket wedges shall not be used.
