AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AN INTERLOC;AL AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF GREENC.ASTLE AND THE TOTIN OF FILLMORE
FOR WASTE WATER TREt1IVIENT
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the City of Greencastle and the Town of Fillmore
to enter into an agreement for waste water treatment; and,
WHEREAS, I.C. 36- 9 -23 -16 sets out tl;.e authorization for such agreement.
NOW THEREFORE be it ordained by the Cona-n Council of the City of
Greencastle that the Greencastle Board of Works be authorized to enter into an agreement
with the 'Town of Fillmore attached hereto as Exhibit A and designated as follows:
INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CI'T'Y OF GREENCASTLE AND
HE TOWN OF FILIMORE FOR WASTE WATER TREATMENT
This Ordinance shall have full force and effete: upon passage of the Greencastle
Common Council and its approval by the Mayor and approval of the aforementioned Inter -
local Agreement by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management according to the
rules adopted by the Water Pollution Control Board.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle,
