We are herewith submitting Revision # OC-26 P
Add bullet proof glass at room 1-018. In accordance with Spillis Candela's reply to RFI
PC0071 and transmittal dated 3-1-02.
Please see the attached back up and summary for the work in the amount of $ 2,770.00
This cost will be applied against the Owners Contingency.
We respectfully reserve our rights to request additional time should it become apparent
this work will delay the completion of project.
