- Currently 6" of snow on the ground
- Weather events are causing some issues: There is a concern of an ice event
with this melt/freeze/rain combination. Eric will check greens after the 1st
of the year. Hoping for more snow/which should help thaw out and melt
the current ice situation.

interested in the project. Bid Opening is December 21st and bid will be
awarded the last Thursday in December.
- Lift Station: 3 contractors are also interested in this project. It will go out to

- There is no LOT Funding for the bathroom project for this year.
- Roof funding and insulation of the roof still remains a priority item.
- The Zipper Financing is in the works, Eric has been meeting with Linda and
talking with the Mayor and all are in agreement that it would be a great
purchase for the golf course.
- Eric spoke with Parks department and they just purchased a large loader for
Winter Operations. Eric may be able to borrow in the Summertime for golf
cart path grinding.
- Toro, lease for current equipment is up December 31St. However, Toro's
new Lease fleet won't be available until Aug/Sept. So, we will continue to
