To Whom It May Concern:
I would like to take this opportunity to submit my interest in joining the McCall City LOT commission.
I want to be an advocate for our wise city governance and oversite of our McCall City Lot Tax, offering practical and sensible advice based on decades of business acumen.
I feel I’m a good candidate to hold this position not only being a long-term resident of McCall as well as a valued business owner who has contributed to the lot tax for over 19 years.
In addition to being a business owner, employing over 30 employees year-round, I represent over 15,000 visitors who frequent McCall. A portion of my time is dedicated to volunteering
to sit on several boards that help our community, like WCM Economic Development Council, WCM Local Housing Trust, and a long-time Rotarian.
I’ve been a resident of McCall since 2004, a realtor since 2018, and have owned a property management business since 2008 which provides short and long-term services to over 225 properties
in Valley County. Since then, I’ve established roots and identity as a valued member of McCall. I’ve watched our town grown significantly over the past 15 years, and the trajectory
for the next decade and beyond is crucial for the sustainability and harmony of all the stakeholders living in Valley County.
I believe my sensibility and prudence with the addition of other local stakeholders would be of immense value when analyzing the myriad of input and suggestions on how our local option
tax is used is crucial for the greatest impact within McCall.
Finally, I have a deep desire to serve with an ongoing commitment and active participation in the welfare suited for the best interests of our collective community. I am able to offer
my time consideration to uphold my obligations to this endeavor should I be chosen to serve.
