To whom it may Concern,
Hello, my name is Jerry Scott. I am a cabinet builder (very small) and I am the monster
that sent you that awful fax saying that Catamount Constructors were crooks.
Actually, when I sent it I was trying to bring my plight to the spotlight so perhaps things
would get resolved. I was frustrated and now I see my frustration created an over
reaction. I am now sorry that I sent it in the first place and I hope you can forgive me for
wasting your time.
I did a government Job for Catamount dating back to september 2010. that's when I was
working on it. Since then I tried and tried to get paid for my work but no one would
return my calls or even respond to my requests. It seemed like they just didn't want to
pay for the work. So my frustration boiled over and resulted in my response.
Since the last day I have now suddenly recieved quite an overwhelming response from
catamount and I actually believe they want to pay me for my work. Also I must say that
they seem to be nice folks instead of the crooks that I had envisioned.
The amount in question is $ 5,400.00 and of course that's not a large sum. However,
instead of payments on the Mercedez that I don't have and the Boat payment I don't
have, this money is for groceries, utilities and insurance payments but lets not forget
taxes. Frankly I need it to just survive.
So, I hope you see how important it is to me especially in a down economy like we are
in now. Business has not been good for the last three years.
Therefore, please dissregard my damning fax as nothing more than a frustrated cabinet
man desperate to survive.
