AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1995 -11
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana (the "City ")
adopted Ordinance No. 1995 -11 (the "Ordinance ") on July 18, 1995, which authorizes the
issuance of the City's "Waterworks Revenue Bonds of 199," to be completed with the year
in which the bonds are issued (the "Bonds "); and
WHEREAS, the Common Council now finds it is necessary to amend the Ordinance
to delete Section 8 of the Ordinance which authorizes the City to execute and deliver a
Continuing Disclosure Certificate upon delivery of the Bonds because the City is not subject
to the requirements of continuing disclosure based on the amount of its outstanding debt;
• NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Indiana;
Sec. 1. Section 8 of the Ordinance is hereby deleted.
Sec. 2. All other provisions of the Ordinance shall remain in full force and effect.
Sec. 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage and execution
by the Mayor.
