AUTHORIZING THE BOROUGH ATTORNEY TO FILE TAX APPEALS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that
the Borough Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to file tax appeals with
the New Jersey Tax Court for the Tax Year 2003 with regard to certain real
property within the Borough that is owned by Kinder Morgan, Amoco, or Cyprus
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be
forwarded to the Tax Assessor and the Borough Attorney.
Adopted this 27th day of March, 2003 and
certified as a tree copy of the original on
March 28, 2003.
