HomeMy Public PortalAbout15453 Upper Baden Sanitary Relief (Jennings Station Rd to Oakridge Blvd) (12241)ORDINANCE NO. 15453 AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Four Hundred Eighty- Three Thousand Dollars ($483 ,000.00 ) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for d esign of sanitary sewers in Upper Baden Sanitary Relief (Jennings Station Rd to Oakridge Blvd) (12241) in the Cities of Northwoods and Pine Lawn, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 11011 with Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. for design of sanitary sewers . WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13497, adopted October 11, 2012 , appropriated the initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 11011; and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Four Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Dollars ($483,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for d esign of sanitary sewers in Upper Baden Sanitary Relief (Jennings Station Rd to Oakridge Blvd) (12241) in the Cities of Northwoods and Pine Lawn, Missouri. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 11011 with Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. for design of sanitary sewers in Upper Baden Sanitary Relief (Jennings Station Rd to Oakridge Blvd) (12241) in the Cities of Northwoods and Pine Lawn, Missouri; and said contract sh all be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District. Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on August 13, 2020.
