AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Five Hundred
Seventeen Thousand Dollars ($517,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for
d esign of sanitary sewers in S Brentwood Blvd Sanitary Relief (Daytona Dr to Walinca Terrace)
(12195) in the City of Clayton , Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 11003
with Burns & McDonnell Engineering Co., Inc. for d esign of sanitary sewers.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13476 , adopted October 11, 2012 , appropriated the
initial funding for a nd authorized Contract No. 11003 ; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Hundred Seventeen Thousand Dollars
($517,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for d esign
of sanitary sewers in S Brentwood Blvd Sanitary Relief (Daytona Dr to Walinca Terrace) (12195)
in the City of Clayton .
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 11003
with Burns & McDonnell Engineering Co., Inc. for design of sanitary sewers in S Brentwood Blvd
Sanitary Relief (Daytona Dr to Walinca Terrace) (12195) in the City of Clayton , Missouri; and
said contract shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office
of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on August 13, 2020.
