HomeMy Public PortalAbout15464 CSO – Mary Avenue South of Manchester CSO Interceptor (I-132) Outfall (L-l06) Elimination-DesignORDINANCE NO. 15464 AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00 ) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for d esign of sanitary sewers, storm sewers, and p rivate I/I removal in CSO – Mary Avenue South of Manchester CSO Interceptor (I-132)/Outfall (L-l06) Elimination Phase II (12140) in the City of Brentwood, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 20202 with HDR Engineering, Inc. for d esign of sanitary sewers, storm sewers, and private I/I removal. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 13969, adopted October 9 , 2014 , appropriated the initial funding for a nd authorized Contract No. 20202; and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Repla cement Fund to be used for d esign of sanitary sewers, storm sewers, and private I/I removal in CSO – Mary Avenue South of Manchester CSO Interceptor (I-132)/Outfall (L-l06) Elimination Phase II (12140) in the City of Brentwood, Missouri. Section Two. Th e Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to amend Contract No. 10734 with Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. for d esign of sanitary sewers, storm sewers, and p rivate I/I removal in CSO – Mary Avenue South of Manchester CSO Interceptor (I-132)/Outfall (L-l06) Elimination Phase II (12140) in the City of Brentwood, Missouri; and said contract shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District. Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on August 13, 2020.
