AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Million Six Hundred Thousand Dollars
($2,60 0 ,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for intergovernmental agreement
reimbursement for sanitary sewer construction in CSO – Mary Avenue South of Manchester CSO
Interceptor (I-132)/Outfall (L-106) Elimination Phase I (13404) in the City of Brentwood,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 15377, adopted March 16, 2020, the Board of
Trustees authorized the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer to enter into an
intergovernmental agreement under Contract No. 21923 with the City of Brentwood, Missouri to
provide financial assistance for sanitary sewer construction .
WHEREAS, The Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Million Six Hundred Thousand Dollars
($2,600,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for
intergovernmental agreement reimbursement for sanitary sewer construction in CSO – Mary
Avenue South of Manchester CSO Interceptor (I-132)/Outfall (L-106) Elimination Phase I (13404)
in the City of Brentwood, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on August 13, 2020.
