AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Million Six Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($2 ,65 0,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for intergovernmental agreement
reimbursement for sanitary sewer construction in Deer Creek Trunk Sewer Relocation
(Breckenridge Industrial Ct to Mary Ave) (13480) in the City of Brentwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 15377, adopted March 16, 2020, the Board of
Trustees authorized the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer to enter into an
intergovernmental agreement under Contract No. 21922 with the City of Brentwood, Missouri to
provide financial assistance for sanitary sewer construction.
WHEREAS, The Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Million Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
($2,650,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for
intergovernmental a greement reimbursement for sanitary sewer c onstruction in Deer Creek Trunk
Sewer Relocation (Breckenridge Industrial Ct to Mary Ave) (13480) in the City of Brentwood,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on August 13, 2020.
