AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($800,000.00)
from the Stormwater Regulatory Fund for intergovernmental agreement reimbursement for water
q uality BMP construction in Water Quality Stormwater BMP Park Along Deer Creek (Hanley Rd
to South Brentwood Blvd) (13385) in the City of Brentwood , Missouri.
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 15377, adopted March 16, 2020, the Board of
Trustees authorized the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer to enter into an
intergovernmental agreement under Contract No. 21925 with the City of Brentwood, Missouri to
provide financial assistance for water q uality BMP construction.
WHEREAS, The Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($800,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Stormwater Regulatory Fund for intergovernmental agreement
reimbursement for water q uality BMP c onstruction in Water Quality Stormwater BMP Park Along
Deer Creek (Hanley Rd to South Brentwood Blvd) (133 85) in the City of Brentwood, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on August 13, 2020.
