Greetings:
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts you are hereby directed to notify
and warn the inhabitants of Brewster who are qualified to vote in town affairs to meet at the
Brewster Baptist Church, 1848 Main Street, in said Brewster on TUESDAY, the
SEVENTEENTH OF MAY, 2016, then and there to elect the following officers:
Two.... Board of Selectmen Members For Three Years
Two.... Board of Health Members For Three Years
One.... Brewster Housing Authority Member For Five Years
One.... Brewster Housing Authority Member For An Unexpired
One Year Term
Two.... Brewster School Committee Members For Three Years
One.... Moderator For One Year
One.... Constable For One Year
Two.... Recreation Commission Members For Three Years
One.... Planning Board Member For Five Years
One.... Planning Board Member For an Unexpired
Three Year Term
Two.... Nauset Reg'l School District Committee Members For Three Years
One.... Brewster Old Kings Hwy Reg'l Historic District For Four Years
Question 1
`Shall the Town of Brewster adopt the optional form of municipal administration summarized
as follows, according to the provisions of Chapter Forty-Three C (MGL43C) of the General
Laws providing for optional plans of municipal administration?"
SUMMARY
"Section eleven of chapter forty-three C of the General Laws authorizes the legislative
body to provide, by ordinance or by law, for a consolidated department of municipal
finance which may include the offices of accountant, auditor or comptroller,
treasurer, collector and assessors."

Clerk at the time and place of said meeting as aforesaid.
