A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF GULF
STREAM, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, EXPRESSING APPRECIATION
AND GRATITUDE TO EDWARD C. NAZZARO.
WHEREAS, the Town of Gulf Stream is committed to compliance
with the public records laws of Florida; and
WHEREAS, in 2013 and 2014, the Town has received an
extraordinary number of public records requests, but its
small staff needed assistance responding to them; and
WHEREAS, Edward C. Nazzaro, a Palm Beach County resident
known to friends and colleagues as "Trey," provided hundreds
of hours of assistance and advice to the Town, despite his
competing private responsibilities as a law student, law
review editor, Florida Bar applicant, and as a husband and
father of a newborn baby; and
WHEREAS, the Town Commission wishes to express, through this
public record, its appreciation and gratitude for the efforts
provided by Mr. Nazzaro.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN
TOWN OF GULF STREAM FLORIDA, THAT:
OF THE
Section 1. The Town Commission of the Town of Gulf Stream
hereby expresses, on behalf of the Town administration and on
behalf of the residents of the Town, its appreciation and
gratitude to Edward C. Nazzaro for his assistance with the
Town's public records process;
Section 2. A copy of this Resolution shall be presented to
Edward C. Nazzaro and shall be made a permanent record of the
Town.
