Anyone wishing to address the City Council on any matter not on the
agenda of this meeting may do so now. The Oral Communications
portion of the agenda is to hear public comment. If any question or
concern arises related to any issue not on the agenda, it will be
referred to staff for appropriate response. Anyone wishing to
speak on an item on the agenda may do so at the time the Council
considers that item. All persons wishing to speak should fill out
a "Request to Speak Form" and give it to the Deputy City Clerk at
the beginning of the meeting. The forms are available on the
railing at the front of the Council Chambers, and on the table at
the back.
AWARDS AND PRESENTATIONS:
1. Recognition of City Dial -A -Ride driver, Clara Farni, for
driving 300,000 accident -free miles during the past twelve
years. (CM)

2. Motion to approve Consent Calendar items by one motion. (CM)
a. Approval of minutes for City Council meeting held

f. Parcel Map No. 94-PM-2, (PM #28017), Seneca Springs, a
request to subdivide existing parcels totalling 454.7
acres into 44 lots for future residential and commercial
uses. Site is located southwest of I-10 freeway and
Highland Springs Avenue. Proposed subdivision is
intended for financing and conveyance purposes only and
no improvements are planned at this time. Applicant is
Loma Linda University. (PLNG)
g. Parcel Map No. 94-PM-1, (PM #28018), Potrero Creek, a
request to subdivide a 9110 acre site into 137 lots for
future residential and commercial uses. Site is located
southerly of the terminus of Highland Springs Avenue and
is currently in the process of being annexed to the City
of Beaumont. Proposed subdivision is intended for
financing and conveyance purposes only and no
improvements are planned at this time. Applicant is
Lockheed Corporation. (PLNG)
h. Renewal of liability claim administration agreement with
Carl Warren & Company for the calendar year 1995. (CM)
i. Renewal of Operational agreement with Alternatives to
Domestic Violence (ADV). (PD)
j. Acceptance of report of Planning Commission meeting held
January 3, 1995.

limitations with respect to the Redevelopment Plan for the

California, certify that on or before 5: 00 p.m., Friday. January 6.
1995, more than 72 hours in advance of the meeting, a full and
complete copy of the agenda for a regular Beaumont City Council
Meeting to be held Monday January 9. 1995, was posted on the
bulletin board immediately adjacent to the City Council Chambers.
