PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Mayor Pro Tem Parrott ADJUSTMENTS TO THE AGENDA: ORAL/WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS: Anyone wishing to address the City Council on any matter not on the agenda of this meeting may do so now. The Oral Communications portion of the agenda is to hear public comment. If any question or concern arises related to any issue not on the agenda, it will be referred to staff for appropriate response. Anyone wishing to speak on an item on the agenda may do so at the time the Council considers that item. All persons wishing to speak should fill out a "Request to Speak Form" and give it to the Deputy City Clerk at the beginning of the meeting. Approval of warrant list and payroll for November 27, 1995. (FIN) C. Los Angeles County Regional Criminal Information Clearinghouse Participation Agreement. (PD) d. Major Narcotics Vendor Prosecution Grant Agreement. (PD) e. Annexation No. 93-ANX-2, TMP Inland Empire IV and approval of Resolution. (PLNG) f. Extensions of Time for Tentative Tract Map No. 25272. (PLNG) 2. PUBLIC HEARINGS: a. Tentative Tract No. 25272, Revised No. 1, American Pacific Equity Fund H, LTD. (PLNG) Recommendation: APPROVAL of Tentative Tract No. 25272, Revised No. 1, subject to the proposed Conditions of Approval. b. Parcel Map No. 28200, Hovchild. Recommendation: APPROVAL of Tentative Parcel Map No. 28200, subject to the proposed Conditions of Approval. 3. CLOSED SESSION: a. Personnel issues pursuant to Government Code Section 54957. (CM) b.
