NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Beaumont City
Council is hereby called to be held on Tuesday, February 8, 1994,
at 6:00 p.m., at City Council Chamber, 550 E. 6th Street,
Beaumont, California.
Said Special Meeting shall be for the following purpose:
A CLOSED SESSION TO CONSIDER PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERSONNEL MATTERS
PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54957 AND TO CONFER WITH
LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION PURSUANT TO
GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9.

AND DELIVERY OF NOTICE
CITY OF BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA
I, Dayle Keller , City Clerk of the City of Beaumont,
California, certify that on February 7, 1994
at 4:50 �/O//p.m., 24 hours in advance of the meeting,
I posted a full and complete copy of the Notice and Call and
agenda for the Beaumont City Council Special Meeting of
February 8, 1994 on the bulletin board in the hallway
immediately adjacent to the City Council Chambers.
I further certify that notices and agendas were also posted in
the following secondary locations:
Beaumont -Cherry Valley Water District
Beaumont District Library
Copies of the agenda were available for the public in Rooms 9
and 4, Beaumont Civic Center.
I also personally delivered a copy of the Notice and Agenda
to each member of the City Council 24 hours in advance of the
meeting. Copies of the Notice were telecopied 24 hours in
advance of the meeting to those newspapers of general
circulation which have requested notice.
I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true
and correct.
