ordinance of the City Council of the CIty of Beaumont,
California, Adopting the development agreement between the
City of Beaumont and Omega Homes (pursuant to Government Code
Sections 65864-65849.5.11 for Improvement Area No. 11 for
CFD93-1. (Hearing was held and ordinance introduced on
2-28-94). (PLNG)
Staff recommendation: Waive reading and adopt ordinance as
presented.
