Brent Hardtke asked questions related to Police Dept issues and was
asked to submit questions in writing.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
1. Motion to approve Consent Calendar items by one motion.
a. Approval of minutes for City Council meetings held June
27, 1994. (CLK)
b. Approval of warrant list and payroll. (FIN)

3. Actions related to recall petition - Mayor Leja.
a. Submittal of Certificate of Sufficiency.
b. Adoption of a resolution ordering a special election to
be held November 8, 1994.
C. Adoption of a resolution requesting consolidation of the
special election with the State-wide General Election to
be held November 8, 1994 and requesting that election
services be provided to the City by the Riverside County
Registrar of Voters.
d. Authorization of funding.
1) Received and file Certificate of Sufficienc
2) Adopted R94-13 ordering election;
3) Adopted R94-14 requesting consolidation of recall
election with the General Election on November 8 and
provision of election services by the County Registrar of
Voters;
4) Authorized funding of $8,000 in the General Fund to
cover costs associated with the petition and election.
4. Twentieth Year (1994-95) Supplemental Agreement for the use of
Community Development Block Grant funds. (CITY MGR)
