OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING
OF DECEMBER 26, 1994
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54955, notice is hereby given
that the regularly scheduled City Council meeting to be held
December 26, 1994 has been cancelled for lack of items to consider.
The meeting is adjourned to the next regularly scheduled date and
time: 6:00 p.m. on January 9, 1995.

AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING
CITY OF BEAUMONT, CALIFORNIA
I, Jo��ce Snider,_ Deputy City Clerk of the City of Beaumont,
California, certify that on or before 5:00 p.m., Friday, December
23, 1994, more than 72 hours in advance of the meeting, I posted a
notice of the cancellation of the meeting for a regular Beaumont
City Council Meeting to be held Monday, December 26, 1994,_ on the
bulletin board immediately adjacent to the City Council Chambers.
I further declare that, on or before December 23, 1994 the notice
was posted at the following locations:
Beaumont -Cherry Valley Water District
Chamber of Commerce
Beaumont District Library
Copies of the notice were made available to the public in Room Nos.
9 and 12.
I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing statements
are true and correct.
