MAY 26, 1999
The regular meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order at 7:30 p.m. Board
present were Swatzell, Sanders, Shapiro and Coulson. Also present were Trotter, Reid
and Winter.
Coulson made a motion to approve the 4/28/99 minutes as written, 2nd Shapiro, carried.
OPEN FORUM
None
PUBLIC HEARING DOUBLE IMAGE TOWNHOUSE MH 16
Coulson made a motion to open the public hearing on Double Image Townhouses, 2nd
Sanders, carried.
Trotter reviewed the project. Trotter advised staff recommendation for approval for this
plat with conditions. Sanders moved to close the hearing, 2nd Coulson, carried.
Sanders moved to approve the plat on the following conditions:
1. Approval of the drainage plan.
2. Escrow for re- vegetation, and parking improvements.
3. Park and school fees.
4 Change on the warrantee deed for open space.
5. Change to the Declarations as requested by Town attorney.
Motion 2nd by Shapiro, carried.
PUBLIC HEARING PTARMIGAN HEIGHTS TOWNHOME MH 67
Shapiro made a motion to open the hearing on Ptarmigan Heights Townhome minor
subdivision, 2nd Coulson, carried.
Trotter reviewed the plat. Staff recommends approval with conditions. Shapiro made a
motion to close the hearing, 2nd Sanders, carried.
Shapiro made a motion to approve the plat with the following conditions:
1. Delete trash enclosure.
2. Provide changes to Title policy.
3. Pay fees for parks and school.
4. Name changes required in the Declarations and Warrantee Deed.
5. Escrow funds for parking and drainage improvements.
6. Name change in the deed.
Motion 2nd by Coulson, carried.
STAFF CHOICE
Board was updated on the Street improvement project.
Trotter discussed the new GIS computer system the town has.
No further business, meeting adjourned at 8:40 p.m.
