APPOINTING JAMES V. HOJECKI TO THE POSITION OF DEPUTY
POLICE CHIEF OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET POLICE
DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the position of Deputy Police Chief for the Borough
of Carteret is presently vacant; and
WHEREAS, the Governing Body has determined that it is in the
best interest of the Borough to fill the position of Deputy Chief of Police.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the
Borough of Carteret that
Jmes V. Hojecki
is hereby appointed provisionally to the position of Deputy Chief of Police for the
Borough of Carteret, effective immediately.
