Please provide copies of all inquiries made by the Town of Gulf Stream
(including its Police Force) to State or County governments for driver's
license (the "license ") numbers during the year 2014. 1 am seeking the
date that the license number was run; the date that the licensee of the
license was obtained; and the license number.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING REQUEST:
THIS REQUEST IS MADE PURSUANT TO PUBLIC RECORDS ACT,
CHAPTER 119 OF THE FLORIDA STATUTES AND IS ALSO REQUESTED UNDER THE COMMON
LAW RIGHT TO KNOW, THE COMMON LAW RIGHT OF ACCESS; AND ANY STATUTORY
RIGHT TO KNOW (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY STATUTORY RIGHT OF
ACCESS, AS APPLICABLE). THIS REQUEST IS ALSO MADE PURSUANT TO THE RIGHTS OF
THE REQUESTOR PROVIDED IN THE FLORIDA CONSTITUTION.
IT IS REQUESTED THAT THIS RECORDS REQUEST BE FULFILLED IN ELECTRONIC FORM. IF
NOT AVAILABLE IN ELECTRONIC FORM, IT IS REQUESTED THAT THIS RECORDS REQUEST BE
FULFILLED ON 11 X 17 PAPER. NOTE: IN ALL CASES (UNLESS IMPOSSIBLE) THE COPIES
SHOULD BE TWO SIDED AND SHOULD BE BILLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH Section 119.07(4) (a) (2)
ALL ELECTRONIC COPIES ARE REQUESTED TO BE SENT BY E -MAIL DELIVERY.
PLEASE PROVIDE THE APPROXIMATE COSTS (IF ANY) TO FULFILL THIS PUBLIC RECORDS

to State or County governments for license plate numbers during the year 2014. I am seeking the
date that the license plate number was run; the license plate number; and the party to whom the
license plate was registered to.

to State or County governments for driver's license ( "the license') numbers during the year 2014.
I am seeking the date that the license number was run; the date that the licensee of the license was
obtained; and the license number.
Please provide copies of all incident reports and /or police reports pursuant to which the Town of
Guf Stream (including its police departments) sought and /or obtained information on the
registration of a vehicle (e.g. the owner); and /or the driver's license number of a vehicle (e.g. the
licensee of the driver's license). This request is made for the Calendar year 2014. In this request,
we are seeking the reports on all registrations and vehicles obtained by the Town of Gulf Stream
(including their police force) and all driver's licenses and licensees obtained by the Town of Gulf
Stream.
