Dear custodian of records,
On Nov. 4 2014, I wrote to you to request: The 5 most recent complete productions of
responsive records to any public record request for any billing for legal services to the
Town of Gulf Stream.
On Nov. 6, 2014, You responded in part by directing me to the Town's web site and instructing
me as follows: Please be advised that the responsive documents are found by going to
www.zulf- stream.ora, click on "I want to..: ', click on "Find a Town Record ", click on
"Public Records Requests ", click on 11201411, click on "Public Records Requests 2014 ". You
will find all records requests and their productions there. We consider this matter closed.
Your response is forwarded herein for your reference.
I have attempted to obtain the requested records by following the instructions included in your
response. However, when I click on "Public Records Requests 2014," as per your instructions, I
find a file with 39 web pages and 1143 entries. Some entries have as many as 314 page counts. I
assume the five records I seek are somewhere in the +/- 1600 pages of records you have directed
me to. Unfortunately, I can't find them.
Therefore, please consider this my second request for these records. I make this request per the
same terms and references as my previous request for this same record.
