The Recorder being absent the Mayor appointed W.E.Garrett Recorder pro tem.
The minutes of the last mectinr were read and approved.
Upon the petition of I.4rs Jr.Javts for a reduction of Water Right,on motion it

was resolved that one half of said !later Rimht be abated,to wit C,2.50.

Be it Ordained by the Mayor and Common Counctl of the Town of Leesburg in

Regular Sesston Assembled that the license prescribed by an Ordtnance adopted
April 12th,1901,shall not apply to any Hotel duly ltcerised as such -but any
�icense.
such Hotel destrincr to obtain a license to sell Liquor as an Ordinary, �it �h l

cagnform to all the requirements of said ordinance of A.Drtl 12,1901, except that
at the time of application he shall pay to the Treasurer of the town Seventy
five (TM75.) dollars and stx months thereafter the further sum of seventy five
('75.) dollars.
There bein no furthor business,on motion Council adjourned.
