The obect of this Spectal I+'.eeting was stated to be to consider the appli-
catton of Mr B.IJ.Chichester for permission to erect poles,wi.res &c.
The Committee returned the following report,to wit:
Your Committee recommend the adoption of the following resolution;
Resolved,That the application of B.B.Chtchester for permission to erect

poles and wires to supply electrtc light and power to individuals throuZh
the corporate 1171ts of this town be ,granted for a period not exceeding ter_
years. end that the location of said poles and wires shall be under t'-._-
control

thereby,and sato Commisstoncrs in locating satd poles and wires shall do so
