Present the Recorder and Councilmen Garrett. Swarts9Shroff and Rol
lins,Sampsell,Norris Johnston Casey and Fouche.
Tho minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
O.N.Casey appointed recorder pro -tem.
The Committe on extending the Boundary lines of the corporation
reported that the amendment to the Charter heretofore adopted
by the Council w, --s not placed in the hands of our rcpresontatives
to the Generalm Assembly in time to be considered by the Legis-
lature before tt adjourned. It was thereupon on motlon,Resolved,
That the Recorder forward to our Representatives in the Genl.
P-ssmebly on the first day of the next Spectal or General Session
a copy of said amendment with request that it be adopted and
Passed.
W.E.Garrett Committee on revis'on of the law's made a full report & CAa)
and Sections seriatim were read including Chap 5 and some amend -
were made the
ments 14 adopted, and then as a Z"hole Chaptcat adopted.
