Present The Recordcr,and Councilmen,T.Tcssrs.Bitzer,Divtne,(;asey,
.lorris,Sampscll,Johnstori,Shroff,Rollins and Garrett.
The T.'ayor being absent on account of sickness the Recorder presided
and appointed Yr Casey Recorder pro -tem.
The minutes of last meeting wore read and approved.
The Judges of Election submitted the following report.
It is hereby certified that the number of electors at this election
amounts to two hundred and ninety one (291)
