The minutes of the last meottng were read ana approved.

The object of this meeting bctng to consider the advtsebtltty of making an
appropriation to assist the School Board to purchasing a new furnace for the
Academy and Mr Galleher a Member of said Board being Present,statea that a
new furnace would cost between O EO- and *70C.,and that the same was very much
nccdcd,thereupon it was Resolved that bne half the cost of putting in a new
fi:rnace,pi*ovtded said half does not exceed the sum of H35C,be advanced to the
Leesburg School ilistricy Board and that the equalization of this sum be left
open for future aaiustment betwccn the District and the Town.
