ADDENDUM TO
EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT LEASE AGREEMENT
This Addendum is to clarify the provisions of the Agreement attached hereto concerning
the City of Tybee Island ("City") giving notice of a need for the holding of bypass pumps.
Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, in the event the City provides notice to Xylem
Dewatering Solutions, Inc. ("Xylem") of a need to hold the pumps, Xylem shall be entitled to
charge for each pump actually placed on hold which is not subsequently delivered and installed for
the City due to the cancellation of the hold, the sum of Seventy -Five (75%) Percent of the proposal
amountfor actual delivery and charge for supplying the pumps and the installation thereof.
Both parties have agreed to this Addendum as evidenced by the signatures below.
