Absent, Eilderts and Van Heiden. Nederhoff moved to approve the following bills for payment. Werkman seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Being there were no oral or written objections the Mayor declared the public hearing closed at 7:06 p.m. Nederhoff moved to approve Resolution 06-2013-1 a resolution taking additional action to enter into a Loan Agreement, authorizing the use of a preliminary official statement in connection therewith and authorizing the call of outstanding notes. Werkman seconded the motion. Roll call of votes. All ayes, carried. Nederhoff moved to approve Resolution 06-2013-2 a resolution adopting and approving Tax Compliance Procedures Relating to Tax-Exempt Bonds. Buseman seconded the motion. Roll call of votes. All ayes, carried. At 7:10 p.m. the Mayor declared the public hearing open on the proposed FY 2013 budget amendment. Being there were not oral or written objections the Mayor declared the public hearing closed at 7:11 p.m. Nederhoff moved to approved Resolution 06-2013-3 a resolution approving the FY2013 budget amendment. Werkman seconded the motion. Roll call of votes. All ayes, carried. Buseman moved to approve the transfer of the Wellsburg Community Club Liquor License for the Wellsburg Daze Celebration. Nederhoff seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Buseman moved to approve the cigarette permit for Casey’s General Store. Nederhoff seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Werkman moved to approve building permit for Jeremy Mass. Buseman seconded the motion. All ayes, carried. Werkman moved to adjourn. Nederhoff seconded the motion. All ayes, carried.
