Dear Mr Soto
Pursuant to paragraph 3 of that certain Village of Key Biscayne Agreement for
Professional Services, as entered into between the Village and Dutko on January 10, 2006, the
duration of the term of Agreement is hereby extended from January 10, 2007 until January 9th,
2008 This renewal shall be effective upon receipt of your signed return of acceptance as
indicated below and the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect as so extended
