AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF BIDS FOR SITE PREPARATION
AT CARTERET PARK FOR THE BAND SHELTER
WHEREAS, a band shelter is going to be constructed at Carteret Park to serve
the Borough's residems; and
WHEREAS, the site needs to be prepared for the construction of the band shelter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the Borough's Purchasing Agent and Supervisor of
Parks are hereby authorized to prepare bid specifications for the
site preparation for the future construction of the band shelter and
are further authorized to advertise for the receiptI of formal bid
proposals therefore.
2. That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the
Borough's Purchasing Agent and the Parks Department.
Adopted this 8th day of May, 2003 and
certified as a tree copy of the original on
May 9, 2003.
