AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A TAXICAB OWNER'S LICENSE
TO PENSRAM TRADING, INC. FOR THE 2003-2004 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, an application has been filed and the proper fee paid for a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2003-2004 License Term by Sailesh N. Kadakia, trading
as
PENSRAM TRADING, INC.
WHEREAS, the qualifications of the applicants have been investigated by the
Carteret Police Department and said department recommends that a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2003-2004 License Term be granted to the applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue PENSRAM TRADING, INC. a Taxicab
Owner's License for the 2003-2004 License Term.
Adopted this 8th of May, 2003
and certified as a tree copy of the
original on May 9, 2003.
