TO THE T0`N COi'IdCIL OF THE TOWN OF LEESBURG IN VIRGINIA: -
Your Committee for the construction of the NEW WATERWORKS
respectfully reports
That theft labors have now been brought practically to a
close, and the new works arc ready for use. they believe
that a great work for the Town has been most happily aocom-
plished and with a minimiu:: of cost to the TOY',- They have
certainly spared neither time nor trouble to aoccomplish
the object aimed at.
Their individual vouchers have all been exanined by
the chairman of the Finance Committee of said Town and
they submit the following summary of receipts and expendi-
tmres:-

MEM. f the foregoing sum above reported there
has been retained X160.00 until settlement between liorris
Bros. e: Flint E: Walling and thea -e is still a small settle-
ment to be made with Mr. W. G. Morris as to extras Fc after
which a detailed settlement of his account will be pre
sented to the COUECIL.
