RESOLUTION 2007-01
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TRUCKEE
WHEREAS; The Truckee Town Council adopted traffic and facilities impact fees to be
levied on development; and
WHEREAS; the Town of Truckee General Plan, includes express policy statements
that require that future land development fund its fair share of necessary public improvements;
and require that a Town-wide Fee Program be enacted to fund such improvements; and
WHEREAS; the adoption of the Development Impact Fee Program stipulated "The
Town Council shall make an annual inflationary adjustment to the impact fees based upon the
Engineering News Construction Index or comparable source. Such adjustments shall be
adopted by resolution.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY the Truckee Town Council to increase
the development impact fees by 2.9% (based on the January Construction Cost Index) to
be effective March 2, 2007.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Council Member Susman,
seconded by. Council Member Dee, at a Regular Meeting of the Truckee Town Council,
held on the 1st day of February, 2007 and adopted by the following vote:
AYES:
Council Members Susman, Dee, Brown, Vice Mayor Green and Mayor
Anderson.

None
