classes for Louisville Fire and
others in FLAG and HAZMAT.

I have been an electrician for 40

INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE/ DOW CHEMINCAL
Aug. 1987 - July 2014
Plant wide maintenance. Repair and troubleshoot all equipment used
in the production cycle. From river water pumps to packaging
equipment. This included mechanical and electrical.
I am a ISA certified as a level 1Instrumention tech.
MAINTENANCE PLANNER/SCHEDULER
July 2014 — Dec. 2016
I was responsible for the planning and scheduling of all work done
plant wide. This included all work that is to be contracted out.
1 would have to physically overview the job. Create a work scope
and plan. Include the required manpower and the number of hours
required to complete. 1 would order all materials and equipment that
would be required and stage. I would research all documentation and
create a job package.
1 had to coordinate with production the timing schedule.
I also was a resource for the inhouse maintenance for electrical
needs and instrumentation.
Other Skills
1 was also a member of a corporate of site response team
for 20 years. We responded to HAZMAT incidents from
coast to coast.
