ORDINANCE NO. 00 -841
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY AMENDING SECTION 5135 OF THE TEMPLE
CITY MUNICIPAL CODE RELATIVE TO BUSINESS LICENSE
FEE REFUNDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 2. Section 5135 of the Temple City Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as
5135. REFUNDS.

SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and to its approval
by the Mayor and shall cause the same to be published in the Temple City Weekly, a newspaper circulated
in the City of Temple City.
