CERTIFYING LOUIS J. MUZYKA TO THE POSITION OF POLICE
OFFICER IN THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
WHEREAS the New Jersey Department of' Personnel called roi' an examination
for the position of
POI,ICE OFFICER
in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has served a Certification
of Eligible for Appointment, dated October 26~ 2001} for said position; and
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has certified that
LOUIS J. MUZYKA
is eligible for appointment to the position of
POLICE OFFICER
in the Borough of Carteret
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS RESOLVED that
LOUIS J. MUZYKA
be and is hereby appointed to the position of
POLICE OFFICER
of the Borough of Carteret from the Certification List dated
OCTOBER 26, 2000
as provided by law, effective March I, 2001, at a Second Step starting salary;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be sent forthwith
to the New Jersey Department of Personnel, P.O. Box 316, Trenton, N.J. 08625
