Thank you for your recent response to my record request and your efforts to find this record. I
have forwarded your response herein for your reference.
You produced a single record. It appears to be a quote from Mr. Dennis Davis of Softline Data
made to you on April 8, 2014, over seven months ago. This record is not responsive to my
request. I specifically asked for: The most recent payroll record or pay stub or paycheck or
any record that documents the pay grade, and therefore that labor cost portion of the
quoted $2500 production cost, for the person who is the personnel providing the service
that is actually incurred to produce the record of the above referenced raw form data base
maintained by Softline Data.
I respectfully ask that you once again review my original request and provide the record that I
seek. Please refer to the terms and admonitions contained in my original request.
