A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MCCALL, IDAHO,
RELATING TO THE FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR SEPTAGE DUMPING BY
THE SEWER DEPARTMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of McCall's Sewer Department charges fees for
septage dumping; and
WHEREAS, Section 6-3-060, McCall City Code, allows for fees to be
charged for septage dumping;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MCCALL, Valley County, Idaho that:
Section 1: The septage dumping fees to be paid to the City of McCall shall be:
A. For septage dumping per gallon
with a minimum charge per septage
dumping to be, without exception, the
charge for a fully -loaded truck volume rate.
$.04/Gallon
Section 2: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its passage
and approval.
