RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A TRAILER COURT
LICENSE TO CARTERET MOBILE PARK L.L.C.
WHEREAS, the Carteret Mobile Park L.L.C. has made application for the
Renewal of the Trailer Court License for the Year 2003-2004 and have paid the
necessary fee therefore; and
WHEREAS, said applicant has agreed to comply with all provisions and
regulations now or hereafter promulgated; and
WHEREAS, said Trailer Court was inspected and approved for Renewal by the
Board of Health and by the Police Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED; by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the Trailer Court License of the
applicant be renewed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED; that the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to issue a Trailer Court License for the Year 2003-2004 to the
applicant, Carteret Mobile Park L.L.C.
Adopted this 5!h day of June, 2003 and
certified as a true copy of the original
on June 6th, 2003.
