A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR REAL
ESTATE SOUTH OF THE WHITEWATER RIVER, IN THE 2500 BLOCK
OF NEW PARIS PIKE
WHEREAS the zoning map designates real estate lying south of 2511, 2515
and 2519 New Paris Pike and south of east branch of
Whitewater River as M-2 General Industrial District, and
WHEREAS it is desirable to change the zoning designation to R-2 One
Family Residence District,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that the zoning designation of the real estate located south of 2511, 2515 and 2519
New Paris Pike and south of east branch of Whitewater River, a drawing of which is
included in Exhibit A attached hereto, is hereby changed to R-2 One Family Residence
District for the proposed use, f single family residence.
Passed and adopted this day of 1996, by the Common Council
of the City of Richmond, Indiana.

The urdiriance should be referred to Plan Commision for public hearing at its meeting on
September 1996.
