Section 1: Definitions:
(A). A resident is a person or family who has resided inside the City
limits for at least 30 consecutive days. To verify residence, a person shall
show a valid Idaho driver's license, State identification card, rental or
lease agreement, voter registration card, phone, utility or power bill for
service, or appropriate documentation at the address where the person
resides.
(B). Non-resident is a person or family who lives outside the City limits.
(C). Household is those persons living together in the same dwelling
unit.
(D). A McCall Public Library card entitles non-residents to the same
privileges as a resident.
(E). Ownership of property or ownership of a business does not
constitute residence.
Section 2: Fees: The fees to be paid to the McCall Public Library at the time of
service shall be:
(A). Copying any document on the photocopier. $ .20 per page
(B). Printing any document using the computer. $ .20 per page
(C). A fee will be charged for any patron desiring $25.00 per year
Library services that is not a resident of the
City of McCall. These patrons shall be considered
non-residents and will be assessed an annual fee
based on a calendar year according to the date
the original fee is paid.
(D). Fines levied for items not returned by the $ .20 per item
Specified due date. (Fines shall include the per day
day the item is due, but not the day the item
is returned.
(E). Non -library card holders will pay for the use of $2.00 per 15 minutes
the library's computers. $5.00 per hour
Reimbursement for items not returned, in
accordance with Idaho Code §33-2620.
Replacement cost
plus 50% handling
and replacement
fee.
Section 3: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its passage
and approval.
